The wide-field image shows the eastern part of the Virgo Cluster, crowed with numerous galaxies listed in the Messier, NGC and PGC catalogue as well as many additional objects not listed there.
Six Messier and some bright NGC galaxies dominate the area. The central region of the nearest super galaxy cluster is about 53 Million light years apart.
